Utility billing a board can defend.

Flat utility fees make your lightest users subsidize your heaviest — and the board wears the blame. We meter every unit, bill each owner their measured share, and take the disputes so your neighbors stay neighbors.

THE PROBLEM

One master bill, forty opinions.

Flat fees reward the heaviest users
The retired couple in 2B subsidizes the four-person household's water. Everyone knows it, nobody can prove it — until there's a meter.
Every dispute lands on a volunteer
Board members didn't sign up to argue about utility charges with their neighbors at the mailbox. That's a job for a utility company.
Rising water rates hit the reserves
When usage is nobody's problem, the association absorbs every rate increase — and dues go up for the people using the least.
THE PROGRAM

Install to invoice, all four steps ours.

One contract with the association. Nothing handed off to a subcontractor, a billing vendor or a call centre.
1
Install
Unit-by-unit retrofit scheduled with each owner. Minutes to hours per unit, water off briefly, announced in advance.
2
Read
Remote reads with leak alerts — a running toilet shows up in days, not on the quarter's master bill. Repairs included.
3
Bill
Each owner billed their measured share, to your state's rules and your governing documents. Reads printed on every statement.
4
Collect
Payments, questions and disputes handled by our team, with funds remitted to the association and status visible to the board.
BUILD FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING

Fairness you can put on the projector.

Once a year, someone stands up and asks why the water line item went up. The board gets a report built for that moment: every unit's usage year over year, the association's total against the master bill, open disputes and how they resolved. Data ends the argument — that's the point of metering.
Year-over-year usage by unit, master bill reconciliation
Dispute log with outcomes — what was asked, history of meter readings
A meter-test procedure in writing, for the one owner who asks
TESTIMONIALS

“The crew worked around occupied units without a complaint. The billing has survived two annual meetings.”

COMMON QUESTIONS

Boards ask us
these first.

Bring the rest to a call — happy to talk to the full board. Ask a person.
Does the association still hold the master account?
Yes. The utility account stays in the association's name. We meter the units, bill each owner their measured share, and the master bill stops being subsidized by the lightest users.
What does the board actually see?
Every read, every statement, every open dispute — plus a year-over-year usage report built for the annual meeting. Nothing the board has to defend is hidden from it.
How are owner disputes handled?
Owners call our support team, not a board member. Every statement shows the reads it was calculated from, and a documented meter-test procedure settles accuracy questions with data instead of debate.
Will installation disrupt occupied units?
Our own crews do occupied-building retrofits daily. Access is scheduled with each owner, the work in a unit takes minutes to hours, and water is off briefly — announced in advance.

Bring us the master bill. We'll
show the board the fair version.
